How do I join?
Download The Community Pool app, enter the PIN that was posted to your address, then subscribe to any service directly in the app.
My road isn't enrolled yet — can I still join?
Yes — use the "Request your road" option in the app or contact us at hello@thecommunitypool.co.uk. We'll enrol your street and post PINs within a week.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any subscription inside the app before your next billing date. No lock-ins, no penalties.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are paid monthly by card via the app. One-off items (pooling orders, handymen jobs) can be paid cash on delivery or by card (+50p card fee).
Is there a minimum number of households?
No minimum to join individually, but group services like Hedges & Lawns are cheaper when 2+ neighbours on your road sign up.
